Job Description:

A Franchise Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations and growth of a franchise. Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchise performance. Collaborate with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards. Monitor financial performance and implement improvements to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

  • Developing and fostering positive relationships with franchisees.

  • Conducting regular performance assessments and implementing improvement plans.
